Training your brain will improve your life by optimizing your total well-being for better performance, better relationships and better health. This workshop will focus on the 3 key areas outlined below.
As part of this workshop you will be invited to take a groundbreaking behavioral health assessment, which invites you to take inventory of your life across 15 dimensions. This tool allows you to view your life in a more holistic manner and will provide you with personal insights, which include:
